Joint development with Yaskawa Electric. By integrating Nitto Seiko's screw tightening unit with a vertical multi-joint robot, we have achieved centralized setting and management.

The "SR825AR Series" is a new product that combines Yaskawa Electric's multi-joint robot "MOTOMAN" with Nitto Seiko's screw tightening unit. By unifying the operating systems of the robot and the screw tightening driver, it allows for centralized setup and management, thereby achieving efficiency in the screw tightening process. Furthermore, it reduces the number of component devices such as driver elevators and controllers, leading to energy savings and a reduction in setup time. 【Features】 ■ Centralized management with a programming pendant ■ Teaching is completed simply by instructing the tightening completion position ■ Screw supply is packaged with a linear screw feeder "FF801H retrieval specification" ■ Real-time collection of torque and position information, contributing to traceability and defect analysis.

It enables stable and consistent screw tightening without variation.
